via girls can tell
I feel slightly silly sharing my friend this week. You see, even though Sara and I live and work in the same city, have been talking online for awhile now, and even have some mutual friends, we didn't meet in person until this past weekend... in Brooklyn. Silly, right? Well, we hope to remedy that now. Sara is the girl behind girls can tell, a line of housewares and useful gifts all based on her original diagram illustrations. In her drawings she's broken down everything from SLR cameras, the Brooklyn Bridge, cuts of a pig, a corkscrew, and much more, then printing them by hand on tea towels, note cards, lunch bags, felt coasters, and prints (of course). You can find all of her creations online or visit her shop in South Philly!
some links I liked this week:
a new take on classic portraits
yes, another cold brew formula to try
a new site to explore
a fond farewell to nora
I'd be okay moving in here
the snail and the cyclops returns!
